6/22/2023 0 Comments Phoenix point character creation![]() Feel free to share your opinions about my build or input your "ultimate builds" here for everyone to discuss. I have some thoughts about the Ultimate Sniper and Ultimate Medics, but not final yet. Couple that with another Assault's Onslaught (giving 2 more AP) and she can OTK Cyclops without any armor shredding needed. So you can expect about 1500+ damage (using 1 AP to Dash to the target) per turn. With Scyther she can hit for about 540 damage per hit and at that level armor doesn't mean anything anymore, not to mention the Scyther will shred 30 Armor after each hit. And I still haven't get her the most powerful melee weapon (Scyther) yet. Need some help with the Cyclops though, but after using explosives to shred its armor she can dish out near 2000 damage to the big Boss in one turn. Anyway, she can almost solo every mission by herself, even Ancient Ruins. ![]() ![]() Heck, any other +Strength or +Willpower would be fine but you can't just have everything you want. While not completely perfect, I have one almost perfect fighter in my current run - without the Quarterback and instead the useless Self-defense Specialist perk. Without its ability to reduce melee attack to 1 AP there won't be an ultimate fighter. + Vengeance Torso - this is the core of this build. A loss of 1 Speed in exchange for Immune Mind Control is worth it. Beside, we can just use Acolyte Leg Armor with +2 Speed. I would rather have Propeller Legs for the +3 Speed but then decided this is more important. + Clarity Head - the Immune Mind Control is to ensure that you can send this soldier solo into a fight with Siren without worrying about he turns his blade on us. + Quarterback - disregard the grenade throwing stuff, this perk give +2 Speed and that's all that matters. + Close Quarter Specialist - more damage, more power. + Reckless - Melee never miss in Phoenix Point. But only when combined with the Torso Augmentation that reduce the AP cost of melee to 1. The ability to recover 2 APs (unlimited) after each kill is what make this build the ultimate fighter, able to annihilate a full group of enemies in one turn. However, the reason Assault is the must is not Dash, but rather RAPID CLEARANCE. Able to cover more grounds with the least AP needed. Rage Burst is powerful and a Boss-killer (after your comrade shredded the Boss armor).Īssault - Dash is godly for this build. War Cry is okay situational (when fighting Bosses) and Inspire is fun to have, but also only needed in Boss fight (to recover Will for everyone to prepare to destroy the Boss, after the ultimate fighter massacred all the minions). Heavy - the Brawler ability is the sole reason for this choice. No need to take "injury" into consideration. Gets in, kill everything in sight, gets out. ![]() Because this ultimate fighter aims for TOTAL ANNIHILATION WITHIN 1 TURN. In fact, Berserker is useless for this build. Yes, the ultimate fighter don't need to be a Berserker. Now I presented you, my version of the ULTIMATE CLOSE COMBAT SPECIALIST. wish list? So when we met the recruit with all the required perks we know immediately what he was born for. So I just want to share and ask for everyone input to make it kinda like a. Of course it takes lots of luck, for example, all three CORRECT personal perks, in the CORRECT classes (one of two). Still haven't succeeded yet, but I have some outline for the build that I want. Have been trying to build the "Ultimate Soldier" for each role on the battlefield. I was a perfectionist, especially when it comes to these type of games. ![]()
